We have helped thousands of homeowners refresh the look of their homes with high-quality siding, and we’re ready to help you do the same.

Siding Options We Offer

Not sure which type of siding is right for you? No worries — we’ll walk you through it. Here are some of the options we offer:

  • Vinyl Siding

Vinyl siding is affordable, low maintenance, and comes in a wide variety of colors and styles. It’s tough against weather, doesn’t need painting, and keeps your home looking great with very little upkeep. At Chicagoland Group, we offer different styles you can choose from, including Dutch lap siding, which has a decorative groove for added shadow and dimension, and traditional siding, which gives a classic, clean appearance.

  • Fiber Cement (Hardie Board)

If you want the look of real wood without the constant upkeep, fiber cement siding (also known as Hardie Board) is a fantastic choice. It’s extremely durable, resistant to fire, pests, and harsh weather, and it looks beautiful on any home. However, it does require a little maintenance. Over time, you’ll need to repaint fiber cement siding — typically every 10 to 15 years, depending on the climate and quality of paint. Regular inspections for cracks and caulking gaps are also recommended to keep it looking its best and protect it from moisture.

  • Aluminum Siding

Aluminum siding used to be very popular, especially between the 1940s and 1970s, when homeowners wanted a durable, weather-resistant option that didn’t require as much maintenance as wood.
Today, vinyl siding has mostly replaced aluminum as the top choice for homeowners because it’s more affordable, flexible, and easier to maintain. While aluminum is still a strong, lightweight option, it can dent very easily — even a simple impact like hail or a stray baseball can cause damage.
If you want a traditional look and don’t mind being a little more careful, aluminum can still be a good fit — but for most homeowners, vinyl is the easier, more modern choice.

Extra Protection You’ll Feel Year-Round

When we install siding, we don’t just cover up the outside — we make sure your whole home is better protected.
Every siding project includes ½ inch fanfold insulation beneath the siding to help keep your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
We also install house wrap to block out moisture and drafts, giving you extra protection against water damage and helping lower your energy bills. And of course, everything we do is up to local city codes — no shortcuts here!

Warranties You Can Count On

We stand by our work because we believe in doing things the right way.
That’s why every siding job comes with a 5-year labor warranty, in addition to the full manufacturer warranties that cover your materials. You can relax knowing your home is in good hands — today and for years to come.

Soffit & Fascia

We don’t just do siding — we take care of the whole exterior.
Soffit and fascia might not be the first thing you think about when it comes to your home, but they’re super important.

Soffit is the material installed underneath the roof’s overhang. It helps ventilate your attic, keeping it cool and dry — which protects your roof and lowers the risk of mold.

Fascia is the vertical board along the edge of your roof that holds the gutters in place and creates a clean, finished look. It also protects your home from water damage by keeping the edges sealed tight.

At Chicagoland Group, we install and replace soffit and fascia too — making sure your whole roofline looks as good as it performs.
